CIB Signs Contract For Bae’s Hunter Class Frigates
PPK investee company Craig International Ballistics wrapped up Day 2 of the Indo Pacific Maritime Exposition in Sydney by signing a new contract to supply transparent armour and wiper systems for the Hunter Class Frigate fleet being built in Adelaide.
The company will work with BAE Systems Australia and Defence Australia on a range of products for the $45 billion Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP). The Program will provide nine frigates optimised for anti-submarine warfare for the Royal Australian Navy and will replace the current Anzac Class frigates.
BAE also used the Indo Pacific Exposition to unveil a newly upgraded model version of the Hunter Class frigate it is building for the Royal Australian Navy.
